Post-Course Expert Support
Continued access to the Academy's coaching experts through an online Q&A line for 90 days after a course.
For 90 days from the final day of the course, learners can email follow-up questions and receive a response within about five working days from the Academy's FIFA/CONCACAF-credentialed instructors or the Academy Director.
The service covers questions on workshop content and methodology, applying the long-term player-development model and session planning, and clarifying frameworks, drills, and safeguarding good practice. It excludes one-to-one personal coaching, grade appeals, and legal, medical, or financial advice; urgent safeguarding concerns must be reported immediately under the Safeguarding Framework.
