Digital Health & Safety Policy
The same duty of care applied to online, digital, and mobile learning as in person — safe, healthy, secure, and accessible.
The Academy uses trusted, access-controlled platforms, applies its full safeguarding standards online, and secures accounts, devices, and personal data.
It promotes digital wellbeing through regular screen breaks (every 45–60 minutes), the 20-20-20 eye-care habit, good posture, and balance with on-field activity, and designs digital content to be accessible with reasonable adjustments on request. Digital incidents must be reported promptly to the session host or Academy Director, with safeguarding concerns escalated immediately to the Safeguarding Officer.
